Agnes Haak, Ph.D., founder of Sparkit, is a senior Organizational Development and Change Management consultant with over 15 years of experience in Europe and North America, working with companies ranging from start-ups and entrepreneurs to large scale multi-nationals in a wide range of industries. Agnes has extensive experience in providing business consulting, facilitation, research, and training services. She published a book on organization design and change management. Furthermore, Agnes has presented at international conferences and teaching at graduate levels in universities. Agnes holds a Ph.D. in Business Management and a degree in Psychology and speaks several languages.
